Things I liked:
The hair, background (that gets fuzzy lower down - nice effect!), the shades of her skin (at the face and leg area - it reflects the colour of the room well, giving the setting an acoustic feel), the tatoo, the silk dress (once again, reflections are well done).
Things that were not so great:
Body proportions (can't say what is wrong precisely, but it's not perfect...), het lips (hmm, dunno, wrong expression? Maybe because the top teeth line is missing?), the blade (can't fell any dept, it looks all flat! No red undertone, like the room's light reflection off it? I think the "centre line" is also too hard/up front/profound (must buy myself an oxford, damnit!)).
This comes from a person with no experiance with art overall, so yea.
